The most contentful moment in my professional work was when John Grimond, the Writer-at-Large from The Economist, London visited the APFAMGS project sites during Febraury 2010 to research the successfull work and interacted directly with the farmers who pioneered the work of demandside groundwater management in partnership with us and later carried out an extensive write up published in the May 2010 issue of The Economist magazine. Our team was happy that the work is now shared with larger audience in the world.

Turkey March 2009
Trip to Istanbul, Turkey was a great experience with rich culture and warm people. Amazing sight was that the country is part of two continents - Asia and Europe and you can criss-cross the two continents across the sea in Istanbul! It was great fun to be there with the company of number of friends. The historic mosques in Istanbul are full of rich culture.
